Who is responsible for the website
The website is owned and operated by Asi Kalfon Law Offices, 2 Goshen, Kiryat Motzkin, Israel. For privacy enquiries, call 052-8964007 or use the contact page. A dedicated privacy email address will be published after the firm provides and approves one.
Information collected
The form may collect a full name, telephone number, enquiry area, and an optional short description. It also includes the site language and page context. For security and rate limiting, the server temporarily uses the IP address; the current implementation does not store it in a database.
Do not provide medical or criminal information, identity numbers, payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information unnecessary for an initial conversation. Coordinate an appropriate channel with the firm before sending documents or sensitive material.
Purposes and voluntary provision
Information is used to validate the enquiry, enable contact, understand its general subject, protect the form, and prevent misuse. Providing information is voluntary and is not a legal requirement. Without a name, valid telephone number, and consent, the form cannot be completed; you may call the office instead.
How the form works
The form is sent to a secure site endpoint. In the active Vercel deployment, validated details are delivered through Resend to a destination configured by the site administrator. The user is redirected to the thank-you page only after the provider confirms delivery. If email configuration is unavailable, the site clearly offers a WhatsApp handoff and does not display a misleading delivery confirmation.
The site does not store enquiries in a database and is not connected to a CRM. Form field contents are not sent to analytics or advertising pixels; only a technical completion event is measured, without a name, telephone number, or enquiry description.
Telephone and WhatsApp
Telephone calls are handled by your telephone provider. Opening WhatsApp transfers you to a Meta service; the message reaches the office only after you confirm sending it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy apply, including possible processing outside Israel.
Hosting, providers, and international processing
Depending on the address used, the site is hosted on Vercel and on OpenAI Sites infrastructure based on Cloudflare. Infrastructure providers may process technical communications and security data to deliver the service. Links to WhatsApp, Google, and Google Maps lead to external services that may process data outside Israel.
Resend is the form email-delivery provider and may process enquiry details and delivery data outside Israel under its terms and privacy policy. The website itself does not store enquiries in a database and is not connected to a CRM. The firm has not yet provided and approved an internal retention period for enquiries received by email.
Cookies, measurement, and browser storage
The site uses Google Tag Manager to operate Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags, while permanently setting analytics and advertising storage to denied through Google Consent Mode. The site does not display a cookie menu, store a cookie preference in Local Storage, or enable measurement or advertising cookies itself. Google may receive cookieless measurement signals, such as page views, successful form submissions, and telephone or WhatsApp link clicks, without receiving form contents. The contact page contains a lazy-loaded Google Maps embed; when it is loaded, Google may receive technical communications data and operate under its own policy.
Google information and external links
The reviews area may display a limited snapshot of public reviews verified against the firm’s Google profile, alongside a direct profile link. If approved Google Places credentials and a place ID are configured, the site server may request current reviews from Google for display; otherwise, only the verified snapshot is shown. The embedded Google map and links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google, and government websites lead to third-party services outside the firm’s control. A link that opens the location directly in Google Maps is provided as an alternative to the embedded map. When email delivery is not configured, the site form provides a WhatsApp handoff; no message is sent until the user opens WhatsApp and presses send. Call the office for an accessible alternative if you encounter difficulty.
Retention and security
The current implementation does not store form content in a database. Rate-limit data is held in server memory for up to 15 minutes and may be cleared earlier on restart. Email messages and delivery data may be retained by Resend and the destination mailbox under the applicable account settings and provider policies; the firm has not yet supplied an approved retention period. WhatsApp messages are retained according to the user’s, firm’s, and service’s settings. Reasonable security measures are used, but no system can guarantee absolute immunity; do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
Your rights
Subject to Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, including Amendment 13 where applicable, you may request access to personal information about you and correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated. Deletion requests are considered subject to law, professional obligations, and the need to preserve information for legal rights. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
