Asi Kalfon Law Offices works to make this website usable independently and respectfully by people with disabilities. Accessibility is implemented in the code and content; the accessibility menu is a supplementary tool, not a substitute for an accessible website.
Standard and target level
The site has been adapted with the aim of meeting the relevant AA requirements of Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1 and the WCAG AA success criteria. The current edition of SI 5568 Part 1 was published on 28 September 2023 and replaced the 2021 edition. Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities service accessibility regulations require internet services to meet level AA.

Adjustments implemented
- Semantic structure, one main heading, and an ordered heading hierarchy.
- Keyboard operation, clear focus indication, and a skip-to-content link.
- Accessible names for controls and links, navigation landmarks, breadcrumbs, and status messages.
- Explicit form labels, field errors, a focusable error summary, and screen-reader status or alert messages.
- Alternative text for content images and fixed image dimensions.
- English LTR and Hebrew RTL, text resizing, 200% zoom, and narrow reflow without horizontal scrolling.
- Contrast, links that are not identified by colour alone, accessible targets, and reduced-motion support.
- Keyboard-accessible menus, accordions, article contents, filters, and forms.
Using the accessibility menu
The persistent “Accessibility” button can be reached with Tab and activated with Enter or Space. It offers text resizing, high contrast, a light background, grayscale, link highlighting, stopped animation, a readable font, and reset. Escape closes the panel and returns focus to its trigger. Preferences are stored only in your browser.
Physical accessibility arrangements
The firm has not yet provided verified information about accessible parking, an accessible route, a lift, accessible toilets, or other physical arrangements, so the site does not publish unverified arrangements. Before visiting, call 052-8964007 to discuss required adjustments.
Known limitations
The embedded Google map and links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google, and government websites lead to third-party services outside the firm’s control. A link that opens the location directly in Google Maps is provided as an alternative to the embedded map. When email delivery is not configured, the site form provides a WhatsApp handoff; no message is sent until the user opens WhatsApp and presses send. Call the office for an accessible alternative if you encounter difficulty.
Testing and latest review
The latest review was completed on 26 August 2026 and included automated checks, keyboard navigation, focus order, the accessibility tree exposed to assistive technology, zoom, and Hebrew and English views. This statement is not a certification by a licensed accessibility professional.
